An irrigation sprinkler can include a riser and a nozzle turret rotatably mounted at an upper end of the riser. A drive assembly supported in the riser can be coupled to the nozzle turret for rotating the nozzle turret. The drive assembly can have a reversing gear drive, a reversing mechanism, and a manually adjustable arc setting mechanism including a pair of arc tabs. A position of one of the arc tabs is adjustable through the arc setting mechanism to change a size of an angle through which the nozzle turret oscillates back and forth. The manually adjustable arc setting mechanism is further adjustable to allow the nozzle turret to continuously rotate.

An irrigation sprinkler includes a riser and a nozzle turret rotatably mounted at an upper end of the riser. A valve assembly comprises a diaphragm valve, a pressure regulator and a solenoid. The pressure regulator is operatively coupled to the diaphragm valve for maintaining a predetermined pressure in water exiting the diaphragm valve despite fluctuations in the pressure of water entering the diaphragm valve. The solenoid is mounted on the pressure regulator so that a plunger axis of the solenoid extends through a coil spring of the pressure regulator. The solenoid is operatively coupled to the diaphragm valve through the pressure regulator for opening and closing the diaphragm valve.

A printed circuit board assembly includes a printed circuit board, with a first side and a second side and at least one opening formed therebetween. The opening has a slug at least partially disposed therein and attached to the first side. The second side of the circuit board has a hot component positioned thereon and overlying the opening. A solder joint is formed between the slug and the hot component to allow dissipation of heat from the hot component.

A circuit board guide and retaining apparatus to facilitate the alignment and installation of a circuit board within an electronic assembly chassis is disclosed. The circuit board guide and retaining apparatus includes a combination of alignment structures for aligning the circuit board in a prescribed orientation parallel to the base of the electronic assembly chassis and retention structures for preventing the circuit board from substantial displacement in lateral and/or vertical directions during and after the installation of the circuit board.
