Initiating preventative action by a HIPAA-compliant computer security method and system for recording, using a video camera, electronic visual personal health information of at least two individuals, including an individual under care, and preventing unauthorized access of the user to the video information. The video is compared to physical attribute information of the individuals stored in the computer system's memory, and the individuals are identified by facial matching. The user's stored caseload has authorization profile information including access to individuals under care. The identified individuals are compared to the user's caseload information, and the user is granted access to part of the video of the individual under care, the video of the other individuals is blurred, and the resulting video is transmitted to the user's caseload for viewing. The video information is interpreted, a negative outcome is indicated, and a signal for initiating preventative action is transmitted.

Systems and methods for sharing the information of an individual under care across at least two organizations in an integrated manner are described. These include systems and methods of data collection from multiple sources relating to the individual's care, where the data collection is driven by one or more preset orders. The preset orders may be preset by a user. A physical node may receive a request for authorization for a user in an organization to access an individual's information in another organization. The request may be logged. The physical node may determine whether the user is authorized to access the individual's information and, if it is, provide appropriate access.

Systems and methods for sharing billing information across at least two organizations in an integrated manner are described. A physical node may receive a request for authorization for a user in an organization to access an individual's information in another organization. The request may be logged. The physical node may determine whether the user is authorized to access the individual's information and, if it is, provide appropriate access. Also disclosed is an integrated web application and system which includes the core plan, budget, service authorizations, service documentation, claims, and communications of an individual under care and allows for calculated access and communication with external authorization and payment systems.
