An approach for collecting diagnostic information, associated with a software system, based on identifying an abnormal log. The approach predicts a first time interval associated with a current log message based on one or more trained models and a first previous log message. The approach determines if a log is a suspected abnormal log based on the time interval. The approach, responsive to the log being a suspected abnormal log, executes actions of collecting additional diagnostic information based on a baseline diagnostic information collection rate, determines if the log is no longer a suspected abnormal log based at least on a second time interval. The approach, responsive to the log no longer being a suspected abnormal log, returns to the baseline diagnostic information collection rate.

Suspected abnormal log diagnosis

A method, a structure, and a computer system for object trail analytics. The exemplary embodiments may include obtaining time series data detailing an average speed of one or more roads within a traffic network at one or more times. The exemplary embodiments may further include extracting one or more features corresponding to the time series data, and generating one or more time series forecasting models based on the time series data and the one or more features. Additionally, the exemplary embodiments may include identifying a current location of a moving object within the traffic network, and predicting a speed of the moving object based on applying the one or more time series forecasting models to the current location.

An execution time of the computing job in each execution environment of a plurality of execution environments is predicted by applying a set of existing machine learning models matching execution context information and key parameters of the computing job and execution environment information of the execution environment. The predicted execution time of the machine learning models is aggregated. The aggregated predicted execution times of the computing job are summarized for the plurality of execution environments. Responsive to a selection of an execution environment from the plurality of execution environments based on the summary of the aggregated predicted execution times of the computing job, the computing job is executed in the selected execution environment. Related data during the execution of the computing job in the selected execution environment is collected.

Intelligent identification of an execution environment

The present disclosure relates to privacy protection in a search process. According to a method, a target emotion vector is extracted from a search interaction, the target emotion vector representing emotional information in the search interaction. Respective emotion distances between the target emotion vector and respective emotion vectors associated with a plurality of text clusters are determined. The plurality of text clusters is clustered from a dictionary of text elements. A first number of text clusters are selected from the plurality of text clusters based on the determined respective emotion distances. The first number of text clusters have emotion distances larger than at least one unselected text cluster among the plurality of text clusters. A plurality of confused search interactions are constructed for the search interaction based on the first number of text clusters, and the plurality of confused search interactions are performed.

Privacy protection in a search process

A method for identifying influential effects that contribute most to a status change of a target index for goal seeking analysis. The method includes generating a candidate list of significant changed predictors between the normal and abnormal status time periods in collected data, and building a plurality of regression models from the collected data. The method determines a first value (trend value or Pearson correlation value) for each of the significant changed predictors based on whether at least one of the significant changed predictors have a significant change trend using the regression models. The method obtains a second predictor importance value for each of the significant changed predictors from a single model built on all the collected data. The method generates a final predictor value for each of the significant changed predictors by combining the first value with the second predictor importance value for each of the significant changed predictors.

Identifying influential effects to be adjusted in goal seek analysis

An approach is provided in which the approach builds a combination model that includes a normal status model and an abnormal status model. The normal status model is built from a set of time-sequenced normal status records and the abnormal status model is built from a set of time-sequenced abnormal status records. The approach computes a set of time-sequenced coefficient combination values of the normal status model and the abnormal status model based on applying a set of fitting coefficient characteristics to the normal status model and the abnormal status model. The approach performs goal seek analysis on a system using the combination model and the set of time-sequenced coefficient combination values.

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method, system and computer program product for semantic search based on a graph database. In some embodiments, a method is disclosed. According to the method, the user jobs of a user are obtained from a first software product. Based on the user jobs, target test cases are selected from a plurality of test cases associated with the first software product and a second software product. The target test cases are applied to the first software product and the second software product, and in accordance with a determination that a result of applying the target test cases satisfies a predetermined criterion, an instruction is provided to indicate migrating from the first software product to the second software product. Systems and techniques for determining an idle timeout for a cloud computing session are described. An example technique includes determining a first one or more attributes associated with a user of the cloud computing session and determining a second one or more attributes associated with an operation of the cloud computing session. An idle timeout for the cloud computing session is determined, based at least in part on the first one or more attributes and the second one or more attributes. User activity is monitored during the cloud computing session. Upon determining, based on the monitoring, an absence of the activity of the user within a duration of the idle timeout, the cloud computing session is terminated.

Systems and methods are provided to recommend software patches based on task operation mapping. In embodiments, a method includes abstracting test cases for a software patch into a sequence of task operations and parameters associated with each task operation; encoding the task operations and the parameters associated with each task operation based on predetermined rules, thereby generating encoded task operations with unique identifiers assigned thereto and associated encoded parameters with numeric values assigned thereto; generating, using machine learning, a list of frequent operation items, based on the encoded task operations and the associated encoded parameters; generating, using clustering, clusters of parameters for each frequent operation item in the list of frequent operation items; and sending a software patch package including the list of frequent operation items, the clusters of parameters and the software patch to a remote server for distribution to one or more user devices.

Automated software patch mapping and recommendation

Embodiments relate to a system, computer program product, and method for determining missing values in respective data records with an explanatory analysis to provide a context of the determined values. Such method includes receiving a dataset including incomplete data records that are missing predictors and complete data records. A model is trained with the complete data records and candidate predictors for the missing predictors are generated. A predictor importance value is generated for each candidate predictor and the candidate predictors that have a predictor importance value in excess of a first threshold value are promoted. Respective promoted candidate predictors are inserted into the respective incomplete data records, thereby creating tentative data records. The tentative data records are injected into the model, a fit value is determined for each of the tentative data records, and a tentative data record with a fit value exceeding a second threshold value is selected.

Explanative analysis for records with missing values

Test case selection methods are disclosed. A feature of a candidate test case and respective features of a set of test cases are extracted. The set of test cases is clustered into a plurality of clusters based on the respective features of the set of test cases. At least one cluster related to the candidate test case is determined from the plurality of clusters based on the feature of the candidate test case. At least one test case similar to the candidate test case is selected from a plurality of test cases included in the at least one cluster.

Statistically significant event patterns predict the timing for performing entity maintenance. Event patterns are determined based on a target variable having an undesired value for a given entity when the event pattern occurs. Event patterns are filtered based on distributions of the event patterns across multiple entities and distributions of event patterns during desired operation of the entities and undesired operation of the entities. A predictive maintenance process is established having significant event patterns as the basis for maintenance tasks.
