A banded support sock configured to induce a windlass mechanism in a foot includes a sock member having a forefoot portion configured to surround a forefoot of the foot and a heel portion configured to surround a heel of the foot. The banded support sock also includes a primary band having a first end coupled to the forefoot portion of the sock member at a first location, a second end coupled to the forefoot portion of the sock member at a second location, and a body extending between the first end and the second end such that the body extends around the heel portion of the sock member.

Apparatus and method for dynamic foot support

A compression plate for use with treating a fracture on a bone includes a main body portion comprising a pair of opposing ends and a pair of arms. Each arm of the pair of arms extending from a respective end of the pair of opposing ends. The compression plate also includes a bending feature defined in at least one of the main body portion and the arms. The bending feature is configured to enable deflection of at least one of the main body portion and the arms such that the bending feature applies a compression force on the bone.

Malleable auxiliary compression plate system and method

A reinforced cannulated screw assembly includes a cannulated screw and a reinforcing rod coupled to the cannulated screw. The cannulated screw includes a channel formed therethrough that is defined by an inner wall having at least one set of grooves formed therein. The reinforcing rod is configured for insertion into the channel. The reinforcing rod includes a set of protrusions configured to engage the at least one set of grooves.

Reinforced cannulated screw assembly systems and methods

A suture delivery system includes a distal portion having a central opening therein and one or more flanges surrounding said central opening; a body portion connected with said distal portion; and at least one suture strand and needle combination removably connected with at least one of said distal portion and said body portion, wherein a first portion of said suture strand engages said flanges of said distal portion and said body portion stores a second portion of said suture strand and said needle.
