Ping-Wei Wang received the Ph.D. degree from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1997.
In 2000, she joined Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), Hsinchu, as an SRAM Manager. Since 1997, she engaged in research on SRAM cell/array design and process optimization for advanced technology development from 0.35 μm to 2 nm. S
She was invited to give a lecture on “SRAM and Embedded Memories” at the 2011 VLSI Technology Short Course, “Logic & Memory towards 15 nm node—Technology and Circuit Design Co-optimization.”
Dr. Wang received the 4th Taiwan National Industrial Innovative Elite Award (Woman Group) in 2015.
