Patent №: 11694702 (July 4, 2023) – Coding device, decoding device, and method and program thereof. The coding device includes a predictive coding unit that codes a differential vector and obtains a quantization differential vector. It also includes a non-predictive coding unit that codes a correction vector formed from differentials between the coefficient vector and the quantization differential vector. The methods ensure correct coefficient decoding when the linear prediction coefficient code is accurately input to the decoding device.
