Senior Vice President of Wireless Research, is a Huawei Fellow, IEEE Fellow, and Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering. She is leading 6G wireless research and standardization in Huawei.
The focus of her research is advanced radio access technologies. She is actively involved in 3GPP and IEEE 802 standards development.
Prior to joining Huawei in 2009, Peiying was a Nortel Fellow and Director of Advanced Wireless Access Technology in the Nortel Wireless Technology Lab
Zhu received the M.Sc. degree from Southeast University in 1985 and the Ph.D. degree from Concordia University in 1993
She received BS in Biology from Boston College; a Ph.D., and an MSc in Pathobiology from the University of Washington.

Hang was an award-winning associate professor at the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. For the past two decades, Hang has continued to contribute to the future of wireless telecommunication architecture design by leading teams at industry giants such as Nokia, Nortel, and Huawei.
Hang is passionate about and dedicated to her vision of wireless telecommunications. She knows what future 5G networks should be capable of and what wireless telecommunication providers/operators should ask for.
Hang Zhang has international experience in China, Finland, and Canada. She is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Maryam is a transformational inventor, technology executive, and entrepreneur in the field of electrical engineering, with a focus on wireless technologies.
She was co-founder of Innovent Systems in 1998 and has been listed on the National Diversity Council’s Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology. Maryam was instrumental in starting and building the wireless business at Broadcom and in growing it to annual revenues of more than $3 billion.
She completed her high school education at Behesht Aeen High School in Isfahan and holds undergraduate and M.S degrees in electrical engineering from the University of California, LA
