Lei Wang received the Ph.D. degree in resource economics and management from the Shandong University of Science and Technology, Qingdao, Shandong, China, in 2014.

Karl Pajukoski received his B.S.E.E. degree from Oulu University of Applied Sciences in 1992.

He is a Bell Labs Fellow, and has broad experience in cellular standardization, link and system simulation, and algorithm development for products. Currently, he is focusing on key physical layer technologies for 5G.
