A wireless device receives a system information block (SIB) with an SR delay timer value and an RRC message indicating its application to a logical channel. During an RRC inactive state’s small data transmission (SDT) procedure, the device triggers buffer status reporting (BSR) for the logical channel and starts the SR delay timer based on the received information.

Patent №: 12035282 (July 9, 2024) – Resource retrieve procedure. A wireless device initializes a candidate resource set for a sidelink transmission. It decides not to use a first resource due to its exclusion from the set and its RSRP, based on received control information, being above a threshold. The device transmits via a second resource in the set, which excludes the first resource.

Patent №: 12035249 (July 9, 2024) – Power control in carrier aggregation with multiple transmission reception points. A wireless device receives control messages with pathloss reference indicators for SRS resource sets in a first cell. Each set includes SRS resources identified by specific SRS resource and set identifiers. Each set is linked to a pathloss reference indicator, specifying a reference cell and RS identifier.
