Patent №: 12063645 (August 13, 2024) –Scheduling restriction enhancements for LTE and 5G NR dynamic spectrum sharing. Methods and devices enable a base station to perform dual spectrum sharing (DSS) with a first UE over a 5G NR connection and a second UE over an LTE connection. The first UE connects to the primary cell and secondary cells via 5G NR, with one secondary cell providing downlink control information to avoid collisions with LTE transmissions.

Patent №: 12063641 (August 13, 2024) – Single downlink control information (DCI) multi-transmission and receipt point (multi-TRP) time division multiplexing (TDM) enhancement. In this method, a user equipment (UE) determines an offset time for transmitting or receiving data over a wireless network and communicates it to the network. The UE then sends or receives data in two intervals over different wireless links, with the intervals separated by the determined offset time.

A user equipment (UE) performs multi-level Downlink Control Information (DCI) monitoring by first checking an Anchor-search space set (SSS) in a primary resource block (RB) set. If DCI is detected there, the UE then monitors a Subordinate-SSS in a secondary RB set based on the detected DCI.

Patent №: 12063172 (August 13, 2024) – Designs for multi-DCI based multi-TRP operation. In a multi-DCI, multi-TRP setup, the UE receives cell reference signal (CRS) rate matching patterns from one of the gNBs. These patterns include indications of a control resource set (CORESET) pool. The UE then applies the CRS rate matching patterns to a CORESET for a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) based on the CORESET pool indication.

A data transmission method involves a terminal sending capability information to a base station, indicating it can support an unlicensed frequency band. The base station then generates and sends resource scheduling information based on this capability.
